PP K8009 is injection-molding grade heterophasic impact copolymer polypropylene under Kunlun brand, manufactured by Guangdong Petrochemical. It is supplied in natural white virgin pellets.

It is produced on PetroChina gas-phase polypropylene unit. This copolymer resin incorporates ethylene rubber phase inside polypropylene matrix, achieving balanced rigidity and impact resistance, stable melt flow and low gel content. Each batch is provided with original COA and suitable for food-contact scenarios.

Typical properties: density 0.90 g/cm³, MFR (230℃,2.16kg) 7.5–9.5 g/10min. Tensile yield stress ≥22 MPa, flexural modulus ≥1000 MPa, Charpy notched impact strength ≥40 kJ/m² at 23℃. It shows good dimensional stability, moderate shrinkage and excellent compatibility with fillers, color masterbatch and functional additives.

The main processing method is injection molding. Its medium melt flow supports smooth filling for medium-complex structural parts with a wide processing window.

Major applications include automotive interior components, home appliance housings, battery shells, storage containers, tool boxes and masterbatch modification base material.
