PP L5D98 is BOPP dedicated homopolymer polypropylene under Kunlun brand, manufactured by Guangdong Petrochemical and Fushun Petrochemical. It is supplied in natural white virgin pellets.

It is produced on PetroChina UNIPOL gas-phase polypropylene unit. This homo-PP is optimized for biaxial stretching process, featuring narrow molecular distribution, low gel count and excellent isotacticity. Each batch is provided with original COA, with stable transparency and consistent film forming performance.

Typical properties: density 0.90 g/cm³, MFR (230℃,2.16kg) 2.8–4.0 g/10min, typical value 3.4 g/10min. Tensile yield strength ≥28 MPa, flexural modulus around 1500 MPa, isotactic index ≥94%. It shows low haze, good drawability, stable shrinkage and excellent compatibility with slip, anti-block agent and color masterbatch.

The main processing method is biaxial stretching for BOPP film. It adapts to high-speed BOPP production lines, delivers uniform stretching effect and stable film surface quality.

Major applications include cigarette packaging film, food packaging BOPP film, adhesive tape base film, matte film, pearlescent film, synthetic paper and printing laminating film.
